Coach rental rates:

Mercedes‑Benz Tourismo 48+2 seats: net HUF 750/km or HUF 20,000/hour.
Mercedes‑Benz Sprinter 19+1 seats: net HUF 520/km or HUF 16,000/hour.
Ford Transit 16+2 seats: net HUF 480/km or HUF 13,000/hour.
Ford Tourneo Titanium 8+1 seats minibus: net HUF 330/km or HUF 11,000/hour.
Ford Tourneo E Titanium+ VIP 8+1 seats: net HUF 380/km or HUF 17,000/hour.
Mercedes‑Benz EQV 300 VIP 6+1 seats: net HUF 400/km or HUF 20,000/hour.

Billing options: kilometer-based, hourly-based, or a fixed package price (all‑inclusive).

  • Kilometer-based billing: minimum charge 250 km/day (this minimum will be charged even if fewer kilometers are driven).
  • Hourly-based billing: minimum hire 3+1 hours (this minimum will be charged even if fewer hours are used).
  • Deadhead/positioning: 15 km each way or 0.5 hour each way will be charged.
  • In some cases we may waive the minimums — please request an individual offer.
  • Driver daily allowance: HUF 30,000/day (charged for multi-day trips).
  • For multi-day trips the customer is responsible for driver accommodation and meals (half board). Parking fees, tolls, ferry charges, etc. are payable in addition to the transport fee.
  • Cancellation: Domestic trips may be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure. For international trips cancellations are free up to 5 days before departure. Cancellations after these deadlines will incur a 50% cancellation fee of the transport price, plus any costs already incurred by the carrier (e.g. motorway vignette, ferry tickets, etc.).
